Ordered food online to celebrate an anniversary on 5/11/23. Phoned regarding the order to then be told that the roads were flooded so they couldn't deliver but we could collect (not sure how if the roads were flooded!!!) We asked for a refund which was told yes that was fine. Now some 8 days later still no refund and cannot get an answer from phoning just "yes yes we will refund". No food and down almost £45 not happy at all.

Food was okay. However a long black hair was found in my curry which put me off the rest of my food.

Ordered online. Didn’t hear anything for an hour so decided to call and find out. Said my Order isn’t coming, didn’t say why just it’s not coming then given a rubbish reason that it was technical problems! More like didn’t check to see who’s ordered online. Cheers for letting me know as I could have ordered elsewhere instead of waiting around. Poor

I’m afraid we’re not very happy with our takeaway tonight. Was cold. Taka Dahl was very very thin and watery. Mint sauce was thin and watery. Poppadoms were over cooked and tasted of dirty old oil. Chicken was dry in both currys. Disappointing as we’ve normally had great takeaways.

Order placed 19.20, not arrived by 20.30, called was told would be here in 15 mins, understand it’s busy but a phone call would have been nice. 21.00 still no food. Very disappointed

This is the best takeaway that I have had in such a long time. It is difficult to find somewhere that provides good food and great service. I will be ordering from here time and time again. Thank you so much!
